Our Costa Rican coffee is one of the six that we proudly feature from the Latin America Coffee Growers Cooperative. These single-origin Arabica beans have been rinsed in a honey process – washed in a water and honey mixture that lowers the coffee’s acidity and complements the beans’ natural sweetness. The result is an aromatic elixir with a muted sweetness that does not overpower the natural earthy flavors of the Costa Rican Arabica bean.
