9th Street Coffee's Organic Uganda Queen Elizabeth National Park Coffee. Hidden as a barrier within the Queen Elizabeth Nation Park lies a tiny yet extremely important stretch of land. Formally, this land divides the animal reserve from the larger farming operations and is controlled by The Omwani Women’s Cooperative. The Omwani's life mission is to improve the welfare of those in need. This all female farming cooperative helps support those women who live in the park and the many research programs in the -reserve by growing the best tasting coffee Uganda has ever produced. Savoring the strong earthy note and medium acidity is a great way to begin your day, but when you notice the distinct caramel sweetness, it will delight your senses. 9th Street Coffee is proud to partner with the Omwani group and continue our dedication to advancing the efforts of responsible farming and land conservation throughout Uganda and all of Africa.
